About Composition
Ambroxal HCL:
Ambroxal is a mucolytic agent. Nitric oxide enhances the activation of soluble guanylate cyclase and cGMP accumulation. Ambroxal inhibits the activation of NO-dependent guanylate cyclase thus this results in suppression of the excessive mucus secretion.
Cetirizine D1 Hcl:
Cetirizine mainly blocks the H1 receptors presents on the surface of the mast cells and prevent the release of the histamine and block the histamine mediated action
